Refund Policy
At Pavai™ Ritual Nutrition, we offer physical wellness products that are carefully prepared and packaged.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged during transit
- If an incorrect product is delivered
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products that have been opened or used
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
